  I purchased my car at Invicta a few months ago so decided to use them when the service became due. They offered a free collect and delivery service even though I live 15 miles away from the garage. I was kept informed of the arrival time of the driver who was professional and polite. Whilst the car was at the garage, I was impressed to receive an email link to a video showing me my car being inspected with a commentary from a mechanic. The car was returned to me on time and the cost was reasonable too. My experiences with main dealers in the past has not been great but I cannot fault Invicta for their professionalism or customer service.

  Very happy with the car we purchased from here. Looked after very well by Siraj who even arranged for the car to be delivered to us, saving us a six hour round trip!! Thanks to Peter as well for delivering the car. Great experience all round. Would definitely recommend this garage.
